	7. 14	SIG Home Page begins to use a BIGLOBE web space mainly for database and WEB Forum.
2000	4. 28	BIGLOBE tells SIGOPs secretly new members of BIGLOBE cannot use PC-VAN service.
	5. 31	PC-VAN service for new members of BIGLOBE is concluded.
	6. 19	BIGLOBE posts to SIGOP Forum PC-VAN service is until January 2001.
	6. 30	Formal Information to PC-VAN members on the main menu of PC-VAN ( two days later than their first plan )
	7. 14	BIGLOBE asks how SIG English Lounge would go after PC-VAN closes.
	7. 18	SIG replys SIG English Lounge would like to continue to be in BIGLOBE.
	8. 11	SIG Home Page joins the BIGLOBE cultural festival.
	9. 1	BIGLOBE tells they take it difficult for SIG English Lounge to be continue in BIGLOBE.
	9. 7	SIG decides to move to WEB leaving BIGLOBE.
	9. 21	SIG HomePage takes a new URL( http://elounge.cjb.net/ ) for the top page: http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~kyomi/jeng/. ( free service of url forwarding without advertisement )
	10.23	Database on SIG Home Page moves to Kyomi's personal site.
	10.24	New database BIRTHDAYS of MOVIE STARS BIGLOBE tells SIG Home Page to leave BIGLOBE WEB Space.
	11. 3	Cafe Cosmopolis moves to Kyomi's personal site. Net Surfers closes.
2002	9.11	SIG takes a new URL http://www3.to/jeng/. ( CJB has come to put adds. )
2002	12. 5	SIG pages moves to the wakwak provider's space. ( Kyomi's site has moved to wakwak )
2003	8.17	SIG pages moves to the new space of wakwak. ( wakwak has changed the system. )
2004	11.17	Cosmopolis closes happily with 10,000 posts.
